Shaun was involved in selling my mother’s property in Cannock. She found Shaun excellent to work with. He was responsive and went the extra mile to help when needed. Would highly recommend

Boot & Son were professional and flexible when arranging the appointment. I was in need of a RICS valuation, and they provided an excellent, efficient service throughout. I would happily recommend them.

Amy was a friendly surveyor, happy to explain things to me when I raised a query on site. The survey was undertaken on a Thursday at 2pm and I received the report the following Thursday at half 9 in the morning. Super detailed. I would recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience when selling my home with Boot and Son, from beginning to end.
In particular I would like to mention, Shaun who was extremely professional when coming out to take photographs to market my property and throughout the whole process. His communication style when arranging viewings and giving feedback was excellent, and he made dealing with, what can be a stressful life event, much smoother to navigate. Thankyou Shaun, you’ve been a star ⭐️
